Ripples have spread throughout Duetaria as assassins infiltrated the Luschian Embassy in Ducaliantia, seizing Luschian ambassador Selma Blair. The assassins, it appears, were working for King Clarkeos, and Lady President Bonham Carter has issued his government with an ultimatum.

Crisis in Ducaliantia! Empty Ultimatum

After receiving a telegraphed ultimatum from Defence Minister Lady Morvern-Nottingham, Ducaliantia's Government has denied any part in the kidnapping of Selma Blair. In reality, however, it now appears that they are the guilty party: a squad of Ducaliantian soldiers was seen entering the Luschian Embassy and have since remained there without fighting the 'terrorists'.
