Warfare Continues with Increased Violence

After the outbreak of hostilities this morning, violence and fighting have escalated in Duetaria. The Judea-Madhavian Insurgency Coalition, calling itself the 'Confederation of United Conservative States' (CUCS), has retaliated to diplomatic expulsion from Duetaria by Ravenburg-Morovia.

(Briefly: Postmaster Madhav directly borders Luschia on the North East, Berrington on the South East and Greenoland on the East. It is across the Bay of Char from Karkelbania [approximately 90 miles] and to the West is entirely bordered by the Atlantic Ocean. Luschia is bordered on the South East by Romardia and Gracania, on the West by the Atlantic and on the North East by the Bay of Char. Judeamia, meanwhile, shares a northern border with Berrington and Scarlet Sky whilst being bordered on the south by the Mediterranean across which lies former Siberia. Karkelbania, of course, is adjacent to Ravenburg-Morovia; Darmsburg-Gotha and Catoagoa. The remaining Duetarian states are all on this side of the Bay of Char with Karkelbania apart from Depressed Psychopaths and Abscondance, both east of Greenoland, and Ducaliantia and Petroplavsk, both in Siberia.)

At 12:52 a combined Judea-Madhavian force, the First Army, upwards of 235,000 soldiers thrust deep into Luschia, seizing the cities of Hampford and Waterbury in four hours of bloody urban battle. The Second, Third and Fourth Armies, numbering a total of 2,000,000 troops, have overrun Berrington with the state's legitimate government remaining in control of the toe of their country in the far south and other tiny enclaves. The fiercest battle, however, was the Battle of Magnesium (Greenoland), in which the Fourth Army was valiantly held off by the Greenish First Army for six hours (11:00 - 17:00) until the Second Greenish Army enacted a devastating pincer movement on the Madhavian soldiers. The Madhavo-Greenish border is now the scene of brutal skirmishes as a War of Attrition develops.

Operations conducted solely by Judeamia have been fortunately less spectacularly successful as those of Postmaster Madhav. At 15:16 their Army of the Swande and Army of the Atlantic speared into southern Scarlet Sky - since then, indecisive struggles have culminated in the Battle of Jellicoe between the Army of the Swande and the Scarletian Army of Sky. Casualties are in the hundreds of thousands.

We must repel Madhavian forces and find out the other traitors! Duetaria will prevail!

Sos all, but I am unable to host a map (I don't know why). Anyway, suffice it to say my description has enough detail for now.

The Alejandrian States, Greenoland and Nagadoches, have declared war on Karkelbania and hence on us. There is urgent need, however, for a mobilisation of all Duetarian armies - Greeno-Nagadochian air strikes are being carried out on Karkelbania and Ravenburg-Morovia, and we are struggling to retaliate effectually.

Berrington and Luschia are under threat: we must counterattack.

So we need volunteers to help fight the jandrians. If you are interested post here and I will give you the ability to join up.

This Government is pleased to announce that, after two days of heavy fighting, the forces of the Judea-Madhavian Coalition have retreated. There have been mass evacuations from Madhav to their colonies in former Siberia across the Mediterranean from us. The Madhavian government is there already, and has set up a region called 'The Grand Union of Calyndia'.

In addition to this, Greeno-Nagadochian forces have also withdrawn back to Schlovowian territory, although they have not yet officially entered the alliance of Lower Schlovowia. Unfortunately, the Fourth Army (479,851 soldiers; 7890 tanks and other fighting vehicles; 987 aeroplanes) is still occupying Berrington. The Berringtonian Government has taken refuge in Scarlet Sky and, after frantic fighting, control the northern third of their country.

Catoagoa is now mobelising all armoured platoons and the 7th Catoagoain Air Fleet, we shall employ biological warfare, so we suggest that all allies are equiped with gas masks. If anyone is runnig low on supplies, Catoagoa will be more than willing to supply them with more.

In anger at this beach of soverignty Ducaliantian LEGIO KICKUS ASSUS and LEGIO MORTUS have been dispatched to help fight. The RDAF and RDN are also ready to strike.

As you will see on the NationStates page itself, the Calyndians have invaded. They are now advancing unopposed through Scarlet Sky, and all armies should mobilise on the Luscho-Scarletian border.
