Everyone in our region is technically a dictator, so why are they calling themselves democrats etc.?

I'm not a dictator! Nor are any of my people.

Yeah, many people are not dictator's. For example although Ravenburg Morovia is a Duchey they run in a similair way to Britain as a constitutional monarchy.

I concur. I vote we all go watch Citizen Kane and pine for the great days of Old Hollywood. Then, to feel better, we can view You've Got Mail and wonder "How can someone so talented and so pretty as Meg Ryan not still be in the premier caste of actresses today?"

Dictatorship is the best form of government.

Democracy is the best form of government! Freedom!

Point: Ochlocracy is effectively democracy as the mass allways wins in an election cos that's how it works. And freedom is no good - the government has to be in total control.

Ochlocracy is not democracy: many democracies suffer from a control of politics by the wealthy classes (i.e. USA), and in an ochlocracy the uncivilised mob rules undemocratically (its a poor man's dictatorship).

Actually in a lot of democracies the majority did not vote for the winner but they still recieved more votes than the other parties.
